Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Set launch options, Changed configuration
RADV_PERFTEST=llvm
Game would be locked at 15-20 fps whenever in 3d environments (not just menus). Entering the command RADV_PERFTEST=llvm into the launch options fixed this. Found this fix on this github issue. https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/3834 It now works perfectly.
I have 0 clue what that command does to fix GTFO but it worked perfectly.
