No issues at all, worked as well as I´d expect. I haven´t played on Windows, but I can´t imagine there´s any difference.
If you like the campaigns and don´t care about achievements/online content, it´s good. Otherwise, not gonna work.
Game will not remember fullscreen settings. Always starts windowed. Simply changing it to fullscreen is sufficient, but must be done every time.
While playing, occasional wine errors "Fatal error" causes game to crash and, in my experience, lose campaign progress. Not a huge issue because you can select the mission you want and don´t have to play the entire campaign over.
No tweaks needed, I just didn´t enjoy it. Using it on windows wouldn´t make a difference to me as I find the game to just be unfun.
Without being able to look around, you're not going to have fun with this.
There are visible outlines of artifacting around objects, including npc entities.
My mouse would not work at all for looking around in game. It worked for menus in game, and it worked for the main menu, but my character's head would not turn.
Game is Dead
Game is dead (RIP to the best game created), but it doesn't start anyway.
Tried disabling esync, d3d11/10, using wined3d and all combination of them. Nothing made it start. The exe is running, but no window ever pops up and all the processes must be killed manually
It runs fine. High frames, no tweaks needed. I was able to play the game from start to finish without issue.
I use two monitors. The game would not open fullscreen to my OS primary monitor, but would go to what I think is the hardware GPU primary output monitor. I have to fix this every time by going to windowed mode, move it to the other monitor, and then fullscreen again.
