Changing launch options fixes launcher(update)

The launcher attempts to open using the flag for direct x12. Using -vulkan flag allows the launcher to be viewable(no black screen).

The game then attempts to open with and warns ‘not yet in front’. After 20 attempts it closes itself along with the launcher.

This could be battle eye not opening. I'm not sure because this is the first battleeye game I've attempted to get working.
