Game lag too much, because I don't have SSD (or NVME) and I'm not close to servers.
Significant Bugs:
Blank screen when opening the game with vulkan.

Servers lag too much, especially being close to factions and guilds fights.
Use a SSD. This really help you. About the servers, if you are not on USA, sorry, you'll have network problems.

This game is CPU bound. Even if you select many options to gain more fps, you'll need a good and newer CPU (i5 from 9th is enough, but I saw some friends using an i5 from 5th). I used FSR and still not enought, because when have many mobs close, PC lags.
