I've downgraded the version of Cyberpunk to 1.61, it work a lot better.
TLDR :
- Launch Steam with thos options : /usr/games/steam %U -console "+@AllowSkipGameUpdate 1"
- In the console write "download_depot 1091500 1091501 5482504662439830481"
- Replace the old Cyberpunk directory by the one who just downloaded
- In properties of Cyberpunk select "only update this game at launch"
