Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-3, Set launch options

Had to go back and forth between windows before the game grabbed the cursor.
Game crashed on as soon as the initial main menu appeared when using default Proton. Switching to GE allowed me to play (mostly) without issues.
