Desktop mode first. Locate start.sh file in folder. For me, i got this game from GOG hence i found it in the home/deck/[game folder]. click on file. Select Execute. You will enter the ScummVM menu. Select the appropriate language of the game. Start the game.

Tip: i suggest changing one option in ScummVM. Disable full screen as it is hard to exit the game in full screen.
