You have to use Proton 4.11-12 !!!
You have to run this command in your terminal window. (Make sure you edit the path to your 215280 prefix I have my games installed on /mnt/HDD so edit this part to reflect your install)
WINEPREFIX=~/mnt/HDD/SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/215280/pfx winetricks dotnet35sp1 dotnet40 d3dx9_43 d3dx11_43 d3dcompiler_43 vcrun2015
Download directx_Jun2010_redist from the web and move it to the C drive of this installation. Open protontricks select secret worlds (215280) open the explorer to access the wine installation and run the directx_Jun2010_redist.exe inside the prefix.
This should fix all your problems.
