Secondary Bluetooth controller don't function properly.

Bluetooth connected controller detected and works in menus. Once in-game joysticks do not response, however other buttons work as expected. In Steam deck menus if you re-order controllers joysticks will work temporarily, but stop working as soon as you press any button besides joysticks.
