Tinker Steps:Set launch options

I had issues with EvE running off the integrated graphics card instead of the discrete one. Soluton for me was to disable the internal GPU in BIOS.

Silver
Tinker Steps:Launcher: GoG script
When just downloading, installing and running Silver in native mode, you will have some graphicals artefacts where the background tile will show over the 3D characters.
To fix this you have to force compatability mode to run Silver under proton to remove the graphical artefacts.
