Ubuntu 20.04.1. Tried with Proton 5.13 and 5.0, and PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 and PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1. Game takes a while to load, then plays sound but no graphics.
NB Under Proton 5.13 I couldn't alt-tab back to Steam to close the game. Under Gnome, Alt-F1 allowed me to close the main app though.

I used the suggestion listed at https://steamcommunity.com/app/345370/discussions/0/1636416768326818097/ to remove/rename the file "libGLESv2.dll" in the game directory. This allowed Tyrano to run and the game to load.
