Runs like native, but the game itself is flawed.
Proton provides a like-native experience, but you'll likely encounter a random array of issues inherent to the game itself. Controls are poorly documented, menu controls sometimes get stuck and require touchscreen to function, text randomly switches languages.... Still, the game runs as well as it can. Do with that what you will. The decensor works fine as well.
Runs perfectly fine out of the box. No further tweaks required. Have fun!
Works great out of the box, er... Interesting game
Still works fine with 4.11-3
This game is surely the reason Valve elected to develop Proton... Just kidding, the game has buggy controls and not everything is translated into English (the exit game message is in another language). However the game works. Even my Steam Controller worked, however the controls for the game aren't that great. That's not a Proton issue though. If you own this game, you'll be glad to know it works perfectly with Proton I guess. No tweaks required. Fullscreen works, too.
With NO_D3D11 it runs, but input is borked. Shoots upwards constantly and controller movement has its axes inverted.
First stage game play and cut scene works.
