Great console-like experience with GMKtec M7 Pro on Epic Launcher with GE Proton module via Heroic
-dx11
Great so far, no session issues.
All great, no local issues.
It performs very well with Heroic management (it's so much better than Lutris that I don't personally use anymore), obviously finding the right balance between details and the FSR video scaling, starting from 1080p. It doesn't mind if you keep the particles and lights on ultra settings but do not force too much the shaders and keep the ambient occlusion to medium. It can be a very console-like experience. Positive.

This game basically works right out of the box with all effects on. I did no tinkering or modding at all.
No options used.
For some reason, the cursor drifts. I have to check with another controller.
If only more games would work right out of the box like this, there would be no reason for Windows at all. I did not use any kind of Proton or tinkering of any kind. It just works, almost perfect.

Certain sound effects play way too late
Framerate drops at a steady rate in levels, eventually going down to basically nothing

%command% -dx11
A little frame rate slowdown during cutscenes only
1.7.1 version need to be addressed to developers: the trap bug sometimes come up and won't let you finish the game. However, this is not a Linux issue.
This game have a multiplatform philosophy that makes things heavier. With the Ecto Edition (version 1.7.1) the developers open up on Nintendo Switch users too. Nice mess :)
The framerate is much better when you play locally with bots and no online cross-platform.
Epic Launcher tested via Lutris with Wine Proton 7.0 version (the only one that works) combined to "%command% -dx11". Once in the Epic game library, right-click on the game title and select "manage". Thick on the launch option advanced modification and add the extra command above, otherwise the game won't start at all.
%command% -dx11

%command% -dx11
Need the -dx11 option on PC
Doesn't launch

Game refuses to start. Launch crashes after about 25 seconds. Same results for 8.0-4, Experimental and GE-PROTON8-20.
MANGOHUD=1 %command%
Works out of the box on steamdeck, but I can't get it to work on the desktop.
