I had to disable steam overlay for this game, everytime a friends notification appeared the game completely froze untill it went away

It works, I was able to get into a game and fly around, DX10 version would not launch
System cursor was visible in game and would not disappear

Performance:Slight Performance Problems
A few frame stutters. Nothing That would detract from play. Eventually clears up.
The game will try and install .NET 3.5 and give a fail error on the inital launch, but the game still runs fine without it.
