runs great on Linux Mint once it's all said and done, just make sure to use Proton 7 otherwise the game gets into this loop of installing visual C++ runtime and then giving a fatal error and closing, then when you open it you uninstall and get the same error, etc. but with Proton 7 it runs great. stable frames and performance.

Motion blur is still present even though I disabled it in settings
When I launch the game it prompts to install Visual C++ Runtime, after installing that the game runs. Then next time it prompts again, but accepting it has an uninstall window, after uninstalling the Visual C++ Runtime the game still runs. The next time after that it'll prompt to install the Visual C++ runtime, etc...

Had to switch to experimental proton to skip reoccuring installer on launch.
Some text in game menus is quite small.
After adjusting graphics settings to low (game defaults to ultra), frame rate hovers around 30 FPS.
Other that that the game launches fine and plays fine as long as you don't mind the low graphics quality and lower frame rates. I did not mess too much with settings so probably could be optimized.

Working well out of the box so far...
Only played 3 hours at the moment and will update if anything changes.

Tried starting the demo. It starts but after intro video grinds to a halt. Tested with several proton versions.
ENABLE_VKBASALT=1 mangohud gamemoderun %command%
Demo unplayable.

By default, the game will launch with all graphics settings on "Ultra," so you'll have to adjust them for the game to run smoothly on the Steam Deck.
I tested the first few areas of the demo version of the game and had no problem whatsoever. The game launched correctly with the Steam-suggested version of Proton, and everything worked essentially out of the box without any anomalies.

The game runs well.
It was adamant on using my iGPU, switcheroo-control, DRI_PRIME couldn't solve it.
So I had to disable it in the BIOS. No issues after that.

The demo played perfectly. No issues at all, but it did require an older Proton version.
ENABLE_VKBASALT=1 mangohud gamemoderun %command%
The game had major artifacts to the point of unplayable on a clean install that used experimental proton and no launch options.
A couple frame drops during demo. Maybe issue of demo itself, didn't test it in Windows

ENABLE_VKBASALT=1 mangohud gamemoderun %command%
Requires Proton 8.0-5
