gamemoderun mangohud %command%
When loading the game for the first time, my saved game from Windows/Steam Cloud was missing. Turns out it is in the folder corrupted_pfx-numbers/. If you copy the saved files from there to pfx-numbers/ the game will detect your previous saves
I wasn't able to play on the previous nvidia driver version, the latest version fixed the issue though
Flawless

Works flawlessly

Minor stuttering
Certain areas suffer extreme framedrops, I suspect this is a dx12 issue.
Occasionally launches with a "Fatal Error!" popup, but generally launches fine after trying again.

works out of the box

PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 MANGOHUD=1 gamemoderun %command% -dx11
Game works good, but wigh new Nvidia drivers (575.57.08) game crash on startup with "Assertion Fileed error". This problem can be repaired by adding -dx11 to startup parameters.

Certain effects like the robe can sometimes not render. Usually fixed with a restart.
If you played the game on windows, and want to test it on linux, backup the save files first! On linux it will delete the save files. And if you start a new game to test the performance, you will overwrite your old saves on windows. The save files themselves work on linux, you just have to manually put them in the write place and not relay on cloud saves.
I you have any issue with your save files missing try this guide, it saved me: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1903340/discussions/0/592896225883210979/#c592896329446903530

a slight decrease in fps in ultra 4K compared to Windows, the game runs around 80/90 fps

gamemoderun %command%
Saves created on windows were in a seperate folder with a prefix "corrupted_". Simply extracting the contents from that folder allowed to load saved data after moving from Windows.
Simply launching works fine. Added gamemode so GPU/CPU are not capped at 70%.
If moving from windows and saves seemingly dissapear, they are in the corrupter_ folder and simply should be extracted. If fresh game, not a concern.
Having a blast.

Runs like native

Forced AI scaling causes noticable ghosting
Game always starts on default screen then moves the the screen I have set in settings
Some stutters here and there as well as fram dips, also struggles more than it should on medium settings
This is the only game that completely crashes my system since end of May
The fata carshes there were not there during launch
As a few good souls mentioned using launch flag -x11 does solve the crashes but it leads to worse performance and missing textures on NVidia GPUs
First launch will generate a pop-up to install Unreal Prerequisites (x64). This needs to install fully to launch.
Crash at startup during initial benchmarking and shutdowns my PC
Tried everything I could find on the Internet: re-verifying the game files, changing the proton version, enabling/disabling the steam overlay, deleting the UnrealEngine AppData numbered folders, running with "-dx11", running with "SteamDeck=0", running with "gamemoderun", disabling ReBar and RAM+CPU overclocking in BIOS, downloading steam shader cache, deleting the prefix: Nothing works! With "PROTON_LOG=1", I do not find anything that seems problematic (and sometimes the log is empty). This is the only game which my PC has problems with.

Fair framerates when disabling background recording, installing community performance config
SteamDeck=0 WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dsound=n,b" %command%
Using the community config files "Optimax Performance" - "1. Ultra Quality". From tests, it granted me ~5-10 fps bringing it to 65 - 90 fps on epic-ish settings, supposedly for some graphical cost. Mod and installation instructions are from NexusMods.com. The config pack contains a low-spec config to use with lowest settings, which brought me into the 150fps neighbourhood. This config instructs the use of the Steamdeck=0 launch option.
Also using "ClairObscurFix" mod to uncap cutscene framerate from 30fps, which instructed the use of the WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dsound=n,b" launch option.
Steam Background Recording nearly halves the framerate, so I had to turn it off (can be set for Clair Obscur only). Before disabling this, my lowest graphics settings would give me ~60fps if I was lucky. I currently get ~75 to 90 on the high settings below. This config notably made the GPU hotter, despite showing 100% usage previously in KDE's hardware monitor, a sign that the utilization had greatly improved.
TSR: Epic - 100% - 1080p
Vsync: Off
Post Processing: Only motion blur disabled.
AntiAliasing - Low
Shadows - Medium
Global Illumination - High
Foliage - Medium
All other settings - Epic

The graphical sacrifice is significant on linux to reach a playable 60fps. Slashing settings grants minimal performance.
Running game at 1080p, settings on all Low, Xess scaling on Ultra Performance, yet the game barely cracks 60fps. Reversing the settings to Epic quality and full resolution only drops to ~45fps. Gpu is 100% usage but the tempurature is not high, despite the summer heat. On the highest difficulty, my life is in the QTEs. The framerate is very important to see attacks. I have a choice of very poor graphics quality or very difficult battles.
I'm not sure what else to try, there don't seem to be any available tweaks to get performance closer to what is reported on Windows.

SteamDeck=0
Many textures were missing, fixed by setting SteamDeck=0. Pre-rendered cutscenes wouldn't play on steam's proton, fixed by switching to proton-ge.
55-60 fps on high at 1080p. no stutters or any major bugs after tweaks.

Game became unplayable after 10 hours: it started crashing approximately every 4 to 5 minutes.
Game started crashing every 4 to 5 minutes after reaching Esquie's Nest.

Game runs perfectly fine with no issues but crashes at random times. Sometimes I'm able to play it for 3 hours straight with no crashes, then it will freeze and crash 4 times in 30 minutes.

It runs well although is a very demanding game, didn't noticed game breaking bugs. Played with an xbox controller out of the box
I noticed at the start of a new game an image of old TV's background where there was no image on display. Like some colored bars , idk if it's part of the game or just a visual glitch
Runs on 60-70 fps on 2k resolution native without any fsr tech on medium settings. I feel like it should run better considering the specs I have

worked out of the box at a stable 60 fps with medium settings

Worked oob without issues
Wonderful game, played without any issues on both my Linux setups using a dualsense controller.

After a system update to a newer kernel version game stopped crashing completely.
Beforehand I was able to fix the splash screen crash by only enabling my primary monitor. Once I was in the game I could reenable my other monitors again and play.

Great experience
mangohud gamemoderun &command&

crashes with latest nvidia driver you have to downgrade to previous one or run it with dx11 launch option to start.
crashes on launch with a vulkan error caused by the latest nvidia driver (575.57.08). running with the -dx11 launch option works, but has a negative impact on performance. so i recommend downgrading to the previous nvidia driver (570.133.07), which runs fine

Doesn't work on the Nvidia driver 575.57.08. Used to work on previous versions
I wasn't able to downgrade my driver version properly, but it worked before updating

Works perfectly. Only issue noticed is that in load screens, other apps using XWayland will not display cursor and react to clicks.

Add SteamDeck=0 %Command% to launch params to unlock graphical settings
UI resolution is tied to rendered environment, upscaling can make text and ui hints fuzzy
Default run, without editing launch commands, renders severaly low fideltity graphics, with missing/cropped geometry, muddy transparencies.
Finishing the prologue, the game hung on the title logo as it faded away and never went away, prompting a restart. On continuing the save, the achievement popped and the game loaded the next cutscene. But... The game does not like the Deck put into sleep mode during a cutscene - even if paused. Hung the system, and muted the deck requiring a restart.
The developers have said they are working on the SteamDeck verification process. Hopefully this will improve stability, as well as default graphical fidelity.
In the meanwhile, playing without a custom launch command is not recommended due to severaly reduced fidelity. Otherwise game is quite playable, using a mix of low and medium, even a couple of high graphic settings, as well as some fairly agressive upscaling.

Works flawlessly, nothing to tinker with before being able to play the whole game
If you feel adventurous you can even run it with FSR4 using OptiScaler, Proton-EM, and compiling a custom mesa branch, but it is entirely optional to have a great experience

Game crashes every few minutes.
As someone else stated, maybe related to driver version 575.57.08.
