Tried every proton version no luck

Doesnt seem to run on any version
It was very difficult to get the game to start, I tried many different proton versions to get it to work.
Tried multiple Proton versions and various launch options in Steam
I had significant hitching and performance drops.
The EA launcher was problematic and performacne was poor overall for me.
EA Launcher and internet connection required, but it runs well at 60fps with smooth performance in Franchise mode
Some text a little small but nothing game breaking, especially if you're familar with Madden already
Medium settings
60fps while on field
Slight dips when videos start to play
I didn't experience any crashes
Not only fun but very playable
Locked fps to 30/40 if you want to eliminate dips during videos

Strange - game works out of the box on Steamdeck proton 7.0.5, but have had no luck play on desktop with Nivida GPU until GE-Proton7-43. I also used the launch option listed above, but game ran smooth and worked very well, even better than windows PC. Felt like console experience. Will be playing more now it works on proton ge.
Runs great during actual gameplay. Locked to 40hz, all settings on high. Slowdown in cutscenes but doesn't affect gameplay.
Some text in certain menus is pretty small but still readable to me
Slowdown occurs during cutscenes (pregame, post-play celebrations, stadium shots, ect)
A better experience than I expected. Would recommend, overall positive experience. Also cloud saves work well on Origin which is a big plus.
It runs fine with Proton 7.0-4 and Proton GE but WILL NOT launch with Proton Experimental as of 8/22/2022.
You will catch some lag moments upon startup, Online seems to be working fine and offline franchise works even better.

Basically took the same steps needed to run Madden 22, as it's essentially the same game.
