Needs custom controller layout. The game has the soul of a twin-stick shooter but the aim is bound to the mouse, so if you use something else (like the trackpad or the stick) it feels a bit weird because it works on a "screen size" basis and not on a "circle around the player" basis. Despite that, you can make your own controller layout without issue. I uploaded one called "Compiux - RoA" which might help you as a starting point

Does not have mouse sensitivity option or custom controller mapping from inside the game. Other than that, the game has no issue
