Got all the way to putting the rungs on the ladder. After the cutscene where the main character ends up in the attic, the game showed me the ladder, then stopped responding. I was able to get to the menu, but I could not do anything further in the game.
Videos work with Proton GE. Even with the brightness turned all the way up, the game is still very very dark, making it difficult to see what to do. Near the end of the game, it froze up and I was unable to complete it. There are no saves, so it is necessary to complete the game in one sitting.
Gameplay is compromised by non-working videos.
Videos do not work.
I played for 30 minutes and was unable to view 2 videos that played during that time. I feel that the videos are integral to the story experience, so I don't see any value in playing this game without them.
