Game turns into a grey screen after alt-tabbing. Using gamescope fixes that.
Works almost perfectly even without tinkering, including elma.online. Running through gamescope fixes grey screen after alt-tab.

Mapped keyboard keys (Arrow keys, Spacebar, Enter, Esc, T, V) to Steam Deck's buttons
Works and plays as intended!
Everything works out of the box, including workshop content.
My save file was corrupted after a crash. This was in an earlier version of the game and hasn't happened again.
Game runs perfectly with no changes needed.
I tried to test out as many things as I could.
Tested without issue -Alt-tab -Switching from full screen to window and back. -Created a level in the editor was able to save, load, and play. -no issue with saves in general. -tested a level pack from the workshop -controller (PS4) -local multiplayer

I'm using default Steam with Steam Play set to "run other titles with: Proton 5.13.1".
Game even opened fullscreen on a proper screen in multi-display setup.

Menus are missing (not rendered) once the game has started. Still playable, but a lot of features are practically inaccessible.
Menus are missing (not rendered) once the game is started.
Technically playable, but menus failing to render makes it practically impossible to do anything except play levels in order
Coming back to the game after tabbing out freezes it.
After starting a level or demo for the first time, all subsequent menus fail to render. They're still there and technically usable but invisible.
