Works, but doesn't have the greatest performance.
Reduced Refresh Rate to 40hz
Hair seems to be oddly distorted for no apparent reason.
Initially my controller wasn't detecting the menu button, I had to re-select the official layout for the game to correct it.
Game refuses to run at 60FPS even on Low Settings.
Runs Great! You can even install MO2 and mod it.
If you put your deck to sleep while the game is running, then occasionally it will make the Audio horribly distorted when waking the deck up, until you restart the game.
F:NV lacks Aim Assist for controllers, which makes aiming a nightmare. The game is still perfectly playable, but if you're not great with a controller a mod is recommended for some form of Aim Assist.
For some odd reason, game dips to 45-55 FPS on the Strip. This is likely an issue with the game's inability to allocate the full power of the deck to the game due to its age.
Occasional Crashes when loading into a new area; this likely is a problem with the base game, as its notorious for crashing.
It is entirely possible to install MO2 on this, using a third party installer. If you would like to do that, the game MUST be installed on the deck's SSD.
This game works perfectly, as everything should on steam deck.
I had to connect my Bluetooth keyboard in order to sign into Xbox live.
It was only once out of several matches played.
Halo Infinite does not seem to support the two buttons on the back of the deck.
I was in the room with someone on an Xbox who was also lagging, it seems like it's Halo Infinite Server issues not related to my deck.
The game consistently outperformed my cousin's Xbox One S, keeping at a consistent 40-50 FPS with default settings.

Occasional audio bugging during heavy load
Game crashes semi-often when in Akila City or New Atlantis's MAST District - Save often in these areas.
Protontricks is only being used to enable use of Mod organizer 2.
On Steam Deck the resolution on books is piss poor for some reason...they're legible but barely.
Minor Pixelation and resolution issues.
Had to turn graphics down from ultra to high because the game would experience frame rate drops outside.
I only had to do minor tinkering to install MO2 and SKSE, and now I can enjoy the same modded experience I enjoy on my desktop PC on the go.
