Had issues before tinkering; after tinkering and changing settings, now runs at a locked 60 FPS at near max settings
Deleted 64-bit binary folder, renaming the 32-bit folder to 64-bit; not doing so caused uneven framerates
Only required for desktop mode for game client, doesn't open in game mode
Voices are quiet compared to Garrett (your character)
Couldn't get frame rate to be locked at 60 FPS without tinkering or using workarounds
Depth of field at high has an odd bug where if there's multiple NPCs on screen and lightning strikes, it temporarily drops the FPS by one or two frames. Changing it to normal fixes that issue.
To play with very high (max) textures, you're required to set it only once you're in the game. Starting the game on anything other than very low made my game stutter. Only setting changed from max is SSAA; if you don't mind a drop or two, it can be set to low. If not, turning it off will keep the game steady.

Silent crash
-nolauncher
64bit Ordner in 32 bit kopieren
Binaries und Binaries2, Inhalte beider 64bit-Ordner in 32 bit kopieren und überschreiben. Danach startete das Spiel wieder

Silent crash
Start the game, black screen for five seconds, silent crash with no errors in Heroic. Can't troubleshoot this.

Game runs as it would on windows.
Runs out of the box without any tinkering.
No issues. Installs, runs, plays, looks, and sounds as expected.
If you like the Thiefe franchise i found this one quiet entertaining. Even with those crashes here and there.
%command% -nolauncher

Works perfectly.

Mostly playable
FPS drops in heavy scenes, which did not happen on Windows

everything work good out of the box

It runs great with the recommended settings, didnt need to change anything.

VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/amd_icd32.json %command% -nolauncher
Shader caching at the beginning of the game causing intense, but temporary stuttering issues.
Without specifying the 32bit ICD file as start option the game can't initialize Direct3D on startup.
Only encountered ingame issues that are caused by Eidos Montreal. Audio is supposed to be that bad.

Finished the game on Steam Deck finally
40Hz/40 FPS

Game works great out of the box, no bugs or crashing!
Text scaling issues aside, the game plays well on the Deck.
Text can be quite blurry.
Works great and without any problems
Game runs out of the box no additional changes needed for me atleast in linux mint 21 Cinnamon.
Screen stutturs a bit when using the focus mode in game
Game gives a momentary (2-3 secs) black screen when using focus mode ingame.
Thief ran flawlessly on the Deck. Automatically configured the "Official Layout for Thief - Gamepad with Joystick Trackpad" layout that worked exquisitely with the game's controls.

ran terrible on ge proton and the steam default, ran great on experimental
I had to lower the graphics
Works fine
Some stuttering
Worked fine for my small paytrough but it has some stuttering
Crashes too frequently regardles of uses Proton version.

Exclusive Fullscreen option made my taskbar visible, regular Fullscreen worked
Audio seemed to be not lipped sync in some video sequences, ingame it was fine
Works good
Played with Proton 7.0-1.
Also game works good with Proton 6.3-8.
Finished game with no issues other than the crashes
Crashed at least once every chapter. The game thankfully auto saves so it is bearable

6.21-GE-2 GloriousEggroll

around 10-15 FPS
hands entire system every time after some period
slow to load
Silent crash at start-up

Runs perfectly out of the box with default Proton, but it does crash occasionally.
Crashes occasionally (randomly).
runs like as if native
Works out-of-the-box
Minor lagging and stuttering when loading assets, usually in the beginning of level. Lowering setting from very high helps.
GloriousEggroll 6.4
Game will crash here and there, but very rarely and long playsessions (2h+) are normal.
It's a decent game but the constant crashing makes it very hard to enjoy.
Alt-tab results in the window becoming inactive, requiring a reboot
Frame drops in cutscenes & combat
Crashes every ~15 minutes
