Launches, but only shows a black screen with a version number, a cursor and some music playing. Can't get past this screen, so completely unplayable (unless you really enjoy the menu music)
Performance seems low but playable (60-80fps at 1080p any settings), mouse input issues after alt-tabbing, can be fixed by pausing and unpausing the game
Not launching at all, doesn't even show a window. Installs .NET Runtime during first time setup, so that's likely to be the issue

Game will not run at resolution higher than 1600x900 when fullscreen, however from what I understand similar issues exist on Windows too
Runs perfectly but crashes when trying to play videos, which only happens for weapon tutorials (optional) and after defeating the final boss.

Game often locks up when entering shops or save rooms, making it pretty much unplayable
Some cutscenes only play with Proton-GE
Using wined3d prevents the save/shop room bug, otherwise the game seems perfectly playable
Running completely fine with Proton Experimental as of 2021/08/20
Steam Controller is not recognized, but binding the keyboard controls to it worked fine. Xbox One controller works. Game crashes on exit or alt tab and the process needs to be killed, otherwise perfectly playable.
Controllers (Steam, Xbox One, PS4 were tested) do not work at all, the game itself runs fine otherwise
