Mouse is inverted. Up is down, down is up, left is right, right is left. Steam Controller works perfect, though.
Stutter when entering an area for the first time. After it disappears, it never returns.
Upon a first playthrough, there are performance problems that disappear after spending time in an area. These issues do not seem to return after they have cleared up.
official launcher is utterly broken
Follow the guide in the link above. It is currently the only way to play.
In some areas (there aren't many), shadows or character models will be solid black.

Use fullscreen borderless. True fullscreen breaks the game.
You have to use a Glide wrapper like dgVoodoo or nGlide and tell the game to use the Glide backend. I used dgVoodoo. On DirectX the game simply refuses to run. On glide it runs like it's native.
