As previous people have said with Proton 6.3 or earlier the movies don't play or you get weird graphical errors.
Replacing this with Proton-6.18-GE-2 everything just works, no need for Media Foundation DLL.

Might just been the first time I ran the game. Started in Windowed and the options menu wasn't accepting any input to allow me to change. Retried using PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% and was able to change, removed this option to retest and all working fine.

Download VC_redist.x64.exe from Microsofts website, drop into "Run EXE on Prefix". Use Proton-6.16-GE-1 and add PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 to "Other > Advanced Options" Game ran flawlessly.

My primary mode of play is Co-Op with 1 friend, he connects to my session though we haven't tried it in reverse. I don't have any issues, runs like a dream. His game has a constant bad connection symbol but no actual connectivity issue while playing and also runs well (he plays thought Epic Games Launcher on Windows 10).
Trying to get the game working, I have to use Proton-6.16-GE-1 anything else and the game wont run.
Along side this I record our play sessions on OBS which again runs and records well.
Swapping between Window and Fullscreen causes glitching graphics
Proton 6.3-6 game intro start but afterwards all you get is a black screen. Adding PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% to Launch Options gets the game working as long as you don't switch between windowed and fullscreen game seem to run fine.
