Playing mostly fine except the FMV not showing but still skipable, not encounter any slowdown during my playtime too
Loaded up eventually, then the cinematics did not load. Pressed A to start game, then it hung on the screen where you start campaign mission as a DEA agent. The music continues to play though.
It works correctly, as if it were a native game, using the Proton GE, with the default version of the Proton the cinematics do not load

Borked with Proton. Works with Wine-staging 5.17
Tested Proton-5.9-GE-6-ST and proton-5.0-10-rc4.
With proton-5.0-10-rc4 + mf-install, you can hear but not see the developer/publisher logos video play, then you see the loading/autosave screens, then full stop with a black screen just when the intro video should play. Deleting the video files makes no difference.
The game does work straight up with Wine-staging 5.17, ultrawide resolution works as well.
Shows the "loading" and "auto save info" screens, then hangs at a black screen.
Nothing I tried resulted in getting past the black screen that it was stuck on after the "auto save" info screen.
