I got an error about connecting to/authenticating with Steam (or something like that) on two separate startup attempts until I manually selected using Proton 9.0-3. I don't know if that's because a version Valve selected to support this title didn't work or if my old "Run other titles with:" setting of Proton 7.0-6 had issues.
