Game had missing menu text with default Proton. Changed to latest GE (9-2 at the time) and experienced no issues.
Minor environmental details.
Menu text does not display at all
No menu text makes navigation nearly impossible
Black screen (not a big problem)
You need to press enter to remove the black screen (not a big deal)
The games works fine out of the box just one small problem that you ned to press enter to remove the black screen
So far the gameplay runs just as well as windows. One problem that occurs is when you start the game is that it goes black until you press enter, even the cutscenes don't startuntil you press enter.
Keep in mind my hardware specs are low...This game runs almost flawlessly with PROTON_USE_WINED3D with the exception of the cut-scenes showing up as a black screen with no audio. This is OK with me because it displays press the "A" button to skip and the cut-scene can be skipped. The game-play is excellent, not really a story based game, and I can watch the cut-scenes on YouTube in between worlds.
