Runs out of the box
Click play, play game. No problems.

Some fan noise at default settings during battles. Framerate not always a perfect 60 during larger battles, but completely playable.

Simply Works
Nothing negative to report. You install, you start the game, you play.
Perfect, smooth OOTB experience!

Game runs pretty much the same as in Windows, minus the scrolling issue I encountered.
Moving your mouse to the bottom of the screen to scroll doesn't work quite well. Instead, I have to use the 'S' key to move to the bottom of the screen.
Worked perfectly out of the box.
The game works out of the box, just like windows

Game runs fine, however alt-tabbing for any reason or amount of time removes the map texture from the mini-map ingame as well as from the army planning map before the battle itself. Cant find a fix for it yet.

As of Kernel 5.2 (Debian Backports), the game runs again without any issues.

Game is broken, tried even different versions of Proton, different Distros. In older Distros, a few month ago, it worked just fine. Something must have changed (Kernel? Mesa? Some Libs?)

On older Distros (I used MX Linux, Debian, Ubuntu 18-04), it worked fine. Now, on Ubuntu 19-04, it crashes, even switching to other Proton-Versions does not help. Sad.

Nothing works, nothing shows up. Steam says game is still running. Proton 3.16-6 Beta says nothing, at least version 3.7-8 gives a wine window saying the game crashed (but steam still says it's running). Logs mention "access violation".

Steam sometimes fails to notice the game has ended

Runs perfectly using Direct3D 9

No tweak works. Game launches and creates a process but no window opens. Steam says the game is running.

Runs almost perfectly on my setup. The only quibble is I heard a few sound issues while playing, but they were brief. No tweaks were needed.

Runs Perfectly. Can't find a single issue.

Runs perfectly and with very good performance

Works very good with d3d, no issues. I had some crashes in other modes.

Don't use the open gl version, that will display the unit side icons incorrectly (blacked out)
