Game has native version, runs better with latest Proton
Native version seems to be performing not as good. Running game with Proton helps a lot, also graphics looks a bit different compared to native

Carefull when starting this game. There is a hidden Linux version available https://steamdb.info/app/418180/depots/
If you do not manually choose a proton version, the linux version will be downloaded through steam. Said linux version is over a year behind the windows version. This will mess with the game and DLCs
Just set proton 6.x or experimental explicitly in steam and you are good to go

Installed/Played from protondb, doesn't launch
Installed via the install button here on protondb and clicked run here on protondb. The play button on steam in a span of 3 seconds, goes from green [PLAY] to blue [CANCEL] and back to green [PLAY] then never launches. Tried Proton experimental and 6.3-7.
Linux: KDE Neon up to date

Everything seems to work fine, out of the box.

Just played short and did not face any issues

I don't know how the original game is supposed to work, what I can say is that I have not seen any strange graphical or sound behavior, at least during the tutorial.

Played the tutorial. No issues identified.
