The opening movie will crash the game, so after enabling WineD3D, click "Config" in the launcher, select the "Graphics Settings" tab, and uncheck "Movie Display" to bypass it.

All graphics options appear to work fine. I've set it to maximum detail and fullscreen 1080p without issue. Also, this isn't really a bug, but it should be noted that only the ESC key can be used to exit the game from the main menu. There's no gamepad equivalent, at least on my XBox 360 controller. It threw me off for a minute.
