I played both singleplayer and multiplayer content, both worked as expected. Just don't forget to have Proton EasyAntiCheat Runtime installed.

OwnedThe game is actually really great and competetive, but boosting is an essential gameplay mechanic and dropping to 20fps is just not playable
Tinker Steps:Set launch options
Proton Experimental, Proton 9.0-3
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
While boosting game drops to 20fps (drifting is fine though)
Maybe I'll try VirtualBox?

If you're on a SteamOS equivalent like Bazzite, be sure to set the SteamDeck environment variable to 0 (zero) to be able to change graphics.
