Left trackpad was turned into a radial wheel for the numpad and the joysticks into a radial wheel for numrow. A was enter and B was escape. It plays well.
Aside from having to really customize the controls, it play well out of the box.

What I've tried to far that didn't work: Alt-tabbing, both Xorg and Wayland, Proton and Native version, w/o workshop mods, and manually changing to a specific resolution in windowed mode via. the config.
