Had to rebind gamepad buttons as keyboard presses

Game no longer recognizes the steamdeck as a gamepad. I had to rebind buttons to keypresses and have not yet found a fix. I'm unsure if this happened post factory reset after a replacement of a faulty battery, or if this was broken during some other update.
