Launch Flags:Disable Esync

I didn't test for long but managed to get it working by going into the games files and changing config.txt to have fullscreen=false, I also made Vsync=true but that probably isn't necessary. I also disabled Esync seeing as others have said to do so. I did all this to get it working only to learn that the servers were shutdown about a year ago, oh well.
