If fullscreen is enabled sometimes second monitor is frozen. Easy fix: you can just go to the game settings, disable fullscreen and enable again.

The game works well, but for this moment (2023 Jan) it contains a bug which doesn't allow to progress, but it isn't related with the Proton. More in the steam discussions.

The game as such works, but only for X11, when using Wayland Proton has to be forced over the Compatiblity --> Force the use of specific Steam Play compatiblity tool --> Select anything (The game simply needs to use Proton, so it works for Wayland as well).

After that the game works flawlessly.
