audio cracking : can be solved with : PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 %command%
works perfectly. I just encountered a bit of audio crackling. The PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 command solves this problem.

If you're a fan of the SE series and have good specs (use mine as a minimum), you might find it works OK.
(As I am posting this, my ProtonDB Profile specs haven't refreshed. Hardware is same, but Kernel version is 5.15.0-133-generic and OS updated to Linux Mint 21.3 Virginia (base: Ubuntu 22.04 jammy)
constantly freezing already in the menu, not being able to play at all.
I have tried all of the suggestions above, none of them worked so far. I set graphichs to low, goverlay/mangohud to limit down to 30fps, does not help. I am at a loss. (SE5 works flawless)

Not working, tryed with a RTX3080 on the same system with same results. Also tryed on mangaro with the RTX3080 exactly the same results.
Menu text for collectible/documents is small
Sniper Elite 5 worked on steam deck, but easy anti-cheat occasionally had issues. Resistance uses Denuno anti-cheat for multiplayer, and I had zero issues with anti-cheat preventing me from playing multiplayer or co-op. The game otherwise works flawlessly with zero performance issues, aside from slight stuttering when the map is loaded in (which I believe is present on windows as well).

Let laucher install denuvo anti cheat.
Tried Proton Experiemental, Hotfix, and 9.0-4.
I just get a black screen. No other indication that anythign is happening.
Some of the text is quite small on the Steam Deck screen.
Works out of the box
Works out of the box without any issues. You have a choice to install denuvo and thus can play single player without it.
However denuvo anticheat is required for coop/multiplayer. The good new with this is that it also works on linux so you can enjoy the coop campaign on linux.
If you're into Sniper Elite 5, this can count as a DLC, I loved it so i'm going to also grind this one!

Runs fine, Out-Of-the-Box (OOB) on Fedora SilverBlue 41.
My impression is that this is a repackage of Sniper Elite 5 DLC's so if you can play Sniper Elite 5 than, my interpretation, is that this should run fine.
