Install on steam deck has broken cutscene video files resulting in the campaign being unplayable. Verifying game files does not fix the issue. There is a workaround involving copying/renaming working cutscenes (.mp4) to replace the broken ones which allows them to be skipped so you can play the race. Tedious and annoying.
