Updated shortcut target to StrayGods.exe
Installed the GOG version via junk store and the shortcut target was wrong. Changing it to StrayGods.exe fixed the issue and the game runs flawlessly, just make sure to set the resolution as previously mentioned for other versions of the game

This is for the GOG version. I installed it through Lutris, but added the .exe to Steam. I had to select "force compatibility mode" and it worked right away.

Runs solid on ROG Ally X (Bazzite)
No cloud save support
Played through the main game and DLC with no issues.
Games a bit power hungry so applied a 12w TDP Limit.
19-20w total power draw nets around 3-4 hours of battery and averages between 30-40fps. (Although not really noticeable given it's essentially a visual novel).
No issues
Works fine

You have to set the resolution to 720p manually, if you don't, part of the screen is cut off
Doesn't like mixed input
Game is mainly stop motion, but some "animations" are really choppy
It's passable, but fan blows like crazy.

Le son saut par moment.
Synchronization Steam, non supporter.

Zero issues
Works fine out of the box. Didn't need to choose a specific proton, just hit play. I'm only an hour in so I could run into issues later, but I've already went through several musical sequences without problems.
Runs flawlessly

Update: I could get it to start but the graphics doesn't work at all
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
The graphics when starting the game is just blurry unfortunately

On start up I get an error message.
The message: "A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0 Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine."
I've tried Proton experimental, 8.0-3 and 7.0-6, all give the same result.

oonly launed with proton expemental. wouldn't launch for me with proton 8.10. no other tweaks used

this review is for the demo from Next fest event
the game works as expected with no bugs in my playthrough of the demo, audio worked well which is important for a musical game, and no tweaking with the game settings or proton versions was needed for me
