After quitting and restartig the game in Windowed mode, the game wouldn't recognize mouse movements, until I Alt-Tabed out, and then back into the game.
Alt-Tabing out didn't seem to have any issues. After relaunching the game to check saves, it didn't recognize mouse movements. I could click on it to highligh the options and save file, but I had to hit Space to actually select it. Then in-game my character wouldn't turn. I had to Alt-Tab out to a different program, and then Alt-Tab back to the game which is called "Shinigami" in the Alt-Tab list. Also in Discord, as a side note.
