When I tried to launch with Proton Experimental, after the intro-logos, when the first logo of the game shows, it tries to switch the resolution or it looks like it tries to maybe play some content, but immediately crashes to desktop. With GE-Proton9-22 this did not happen and I could launch the game succesfully and play (tested for about 20 minutes).
After forcing compatibility to Proton 6.3-8 on Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, the gameplay is solid other than a small intro video is artifacting.
All videos are working. Finished whole game on Deck.
Set to 30fps
small texts, but readable.

Default Proton (7.0-5) and Next (7.0-6) hung right after the initial Agatha Christie logo. Experimental worked perfectly, including full video playback.
Videos are not working, but these are optional and game is not crashing.
Text was a little small but still readable and okay with the magnifier
Sometimes the lip sync was missing or didn't look right but not sure if that's just how the game is.
Intro video is artifacting. Once video finishes, the menu and game runs smoothly.

Overall, the gameplay is solid. Just that intro cut scene doesnt work as intended. And wish cloud save worked
Transferred save file from windows to linux, the game doesnt recognize it
The intro cutscene doesnt play. I didnt realize it at first, but the game would splash this vintage screen that means no signal (like, the tv no signal color bars, look it up if youre not sure what i mean). It would happen at startup, and right after you start a new game. Whats happening is that video playback of the prerendered cutscene isnt loading, and abruptly cuts out and skips.

Feels extremely native, surprised it isn't. No dire issues to report, extremely amazing experience! 9.9/10!
My save game load did from windows did not show up automatically on the linux version. Will continue to investigate if its possible to do
Very slight stuttering at initial launch, probably something to do with how vulkan is with shaders upon first time set up. But stuttering went completely away after a minute or 2 of walking around the area. Feels very native after that point!
