Use Proton 6.3-8 instead of the newer 7.x versions.

Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 6.3-8

Instability:Frequently

Using the newest 7.0+ Proton versions resulted in frequent crashes. Switching back to 6.3-8 fixed it.
