When trying to switch from fullscreen to window the game seems to stop refreshing. I have to stop the game through steam and restart.

fps is capped at around 18-22
I have tested the game with: Proton-6.3-8, Proton Experimental, Proton-60.20-GE-1, Proton-60.21-GE-2, Proton-7.0rc6-GE-1 and Proton-7.1-GE-2
Whichever version of proton i used made no difference at all. Turning the graphical settings to the lowest increased the fps by max 2.
When the survival mode starts in the storm, the game runs at around 60-65 fps. When i enter the house and the next part of the game is loaded, the fps drops to around 20 and that's all i get.
