Jackbox 7 would launch, and immediately change my desktop resolution to 100% (it is normally at 200%). Thereby messing up my icons and such. I've had games not launch due to my resolution, but this is the first time the game changes my desktop settings. I don't like it. Jackbox 8 did not have this issue.
Solved the problem by going into game settings and choose "Windowed" mode.

The lag on the jackbox side, affecting phones, but not the device.
When the Deck is left in docked mode for over 30 or so minutes, the external device's screen will frequently go dark, cutting out the video and audio. This occured about once every 15 or so seconds, not even restarting the Deck or switching to a different external display could fix the problem. Its not exclusive to any of the party games either. And yes, I was using an official Valve SD dock. I hope the Jackbox devs or Valve can repair this, since each game loses an important component of the experience without a visible host screen. If you don't use the deck in docked mode, however, then the game runs like native!

Steam Cloud seems to be a big pain. I just disable to cloud for all the Jackbox games
Fixed by changing to GE-Proton
We all used our phones and had no issues.
I had the same problem described by MannTec. The game would run for a little while and then the Deck would crash. Changing to Glorious Eggroll resolved the issue for this game (and Party Pack 6 which was doing the same thing).
30 FPS, 5W TDP, 200 GPU, Half Rate Shading
Game needs to use a website to use phone as a controller and works great.
The complaint someone gave about the game going black is totally unreasonable and not the game's fault. Get a better dock if you have issues.

Plugged the Steamdeck into a TV using a single 9’ HDMI cable. Started the game from Steam and it plays well for about 10 minutes then the TV goes black. Unplugging the USB from the deck results in the deck native screen remaining black. After pressing the power button the deck screen comes back on and the game is running but refuses to recognise the USB to HDMI connection. Only after cycling power is the deck able to reconnect to the TV. This is repeatable, but only with Jack Party 7.
Minor lag issues
Please degrade this games status for the Steam Deck until this crippling issue is removed.
Worked perfect out of the box
Works better than native, out of the box
When game runs natively, switching to fullscreen turns off my second monitor, which does not happen with Proton. I also noticed less stuttering overall.
