Capped to 45fps with default Proton. Heavy stuttering on 7.0.6
Default Proton locks the game to 45fps, and the game slows down. Switching to Proton 7.0.6 fixes this and allows up to 90fps, but with heavy stuttering. Locking the fps down to 60fps didn't help either.
