Runs perfectly out of the box
PC: Ryzen 5900X + Radeon 7900XTX + Arch Linux
NB: Ryzen 8845HS + Radeon 780M + Arch Linux
Game including the videos works out of the box
Game used to require Proton GE or mfplat for videos, but it works now on Steam out of the box with default Proton.
I've tried dosen of different runners. the only one that worked was litris-ge-6.21.1 with bottles. others gave me broken yellow video.
completely unplayable, the graphics are totally distorted with yellow lines
tried with both 7.0-1 and GE-Proton7-13, nothing works for me
Videos in the game are broken on recent versions of Proton, Experimental and GE. Needed older GE-Proton7-5 version for the game to work properly.
Worked Perfectly
Tried with both proton 7.0-1 and experimental. No issues observed.
Crashed once when very quickly skipping scenes during a subsequent playthrough, however I think it might be a game bug. Other than that it was a flawless experience.

Since it seems to be natively supported, be prepared for typical linux gameplay with short to zero loading times and a flawlessly running game. Shame on the missing link to the "exe"cutable ...
Proton-6.8-GE-1
The game is now working flawlessly using Proton-GE. There is no longer any audio glitches.
Proton GE 5.9-GE-7-ST
Loud buzz/glitch
The audio glitch is loud/annoying enough (occurs when using dialogue choices during game) that I would not recommend the game even with Proton GE. With standard Proton the game just gets stuck on a black screen.
